After which if the customer is happy with their order we ask for an advance which has to be paid before the order goes in personalisation and handcrafting. After the customer finally recieves the order, the other remaining amount is then taken from them.

We do not have a direct checkout option which states that before taking each order we personally talk to the customers for their requirements and then book an order. The payment method is often through UPI applications or sometimes by cash.
